Mifare Ultralight EV1 - Wooden Cards

NXP MIFARE Ultralight EV1 cards are ideal for a range of applications including limited use tickets in public transport, event ticketing (stadiums, exhibitions, leisure parks etc.) and loyalty and full NFC compliance means these cards work on all NFC devices, including both Android & iOS phones, making them an ideal solution for digital business cards, review cards, etc.

Compliant to ISO/IEC 14443 Type A and fully NFC compliant, MIFARE Ultralight EV1 cards operate at a frequency of 13.56Mhz, feature a 7 Byte UID and 384-bit of user memory, with the option to add a 32-bit password, preventing unintended memory operations, have a data retention period of 10 years and a read/write endurance of 100,000 cycles.

These cards are produced with renewable woods, in place of the traditional PVC, resulting in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly card, as wooden cards require less energy during manufacture (when compared to PVC) and due to their ability to biodegrade when no longer required, without leaving harmful toxins behind.

As well as their environmental benefits, these cards are also an interesting and attractive alternative to standard PVC cards, adding visual interest and standing out from the masses of standard PVC cards.

All wood used in the manufacturing of these cards is FSC approved, keeping with the environmentally friendly and sustainable nature of these PVC alternatives.

Constructed compliant to ISO standards, these MIFARE Ultralight EV1 cards are CR80 size (standard credit card size) with a thickness of approximately 1.4mm / 0.055” and are NOT suitable for printing in standard ID Card Printers but can be personalised to your requirements, at the point of manufacture, either with laser engraving, colour printing or a combination of the two.
